Privacy Policy

This policy covers luramarketing.io, operated by Lura Marketing. It explains what is collected, why, and how to have it removed.

What this site collects

This site has no contact form, no login and no shopping cart. It does not set advertising cookies. The only information handled here is:

• Standard server logs. Our hosting provider records the IP address, browser type, page requested and time of each visit. This is used to keep the site online and to spot abuse.
• Campaign tags stored in your browser. If you arrive from an ad or a link with tracking tags in the address, those tags are stored in your browser's session storage and passed along if you book a call, so we know which link brought you. They are erased when you close the tab and are never sold or shared.

When you book a call

Booking a call takes you to Calendly, a scheduling service we use. The name, email address, phone number and any answers you give are collected and stored by Calendly, and we receive them so we can hold the call. Calendly's own privacy policy applies to that step: calendly.com/privacy.

We use what you send to contact you about the call and about the work you asked for. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone outside the services listed below.

Services we rely on

• Vercel hosts this site and serves it to your browser.
• Google Fonts serves the two typefaces used here, which involves a request to Google's servers.
• Calendly handles call bookings.
• Email. Messages you send us are stored in our email account.

How long we keep it

Booking and email records are kept while we are in contact and for as long as we need them for our own accounting. Server logs are kept by our host on their own schedule.

Your choices

Write to luca@luramarketing.io and ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for it to be deleted. We will act on it and reply. You can also block or clear storage in your browser settings, which will stop the campaign tags described above.

Children

This site sells services to businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
